MCPA’s Annual conference, golf outing, and clay shooting contest. The conference brings together key industry leaders representing Metallurgical Coal producers, elected officials (Federal and State), as well as key leaders from transportation.
The conference activities include:
​Monday, May 18:

Early Registration – 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Monday afternoon – Exhibitors’ set-up 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Monday evening – Welcome Reception 6:30 p. m.
Tuesday, May 19:

Tuesday morning - Business session 8:00 a.m. until 12: noon

Tuesday afternoon - Golf outing begins at 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday afternoon – Clay shooting contest begins at 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday evening - dinner and awards for shooting and golf at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 20:
