On behalf of the board of directors of the Metallurgical Coal Producers Association, we regret to inform you that the annual meeting scheduled for September 26-28 at Stonewall Resort has been postponed. Due to the rising concerns around COVID-19/Delta variant, and for the health and safety of all those attending, the board has made the decision to postpone the meeting. We are planning to reschedule the meeting for May of 2022 at Stonewall Resort.
For all who have registered and paid, you have two options:
1. You can roll your registration and payment to the May conference or
2. Request a refund

For all exhibitors who have registered and paid for a space at the meeting, you also have two options:

Room reservations at Stonewall Resort will automatically be cancelled. You should receive an email from the hotel confirming this, but if not, Barbara Altizer will be sending out cancellation numbers for your records.
As much as we were looking forward to seeing each of you soon, we do feel like this is in the best interest everyone’s well-being. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused, but we hope you will join us in the spring for the 42nd annual conference.
